We would like to say what a wonderful experience it was to work with you. You made the storm damage repair process less scary for us. It seemed like it was going to be a nightmare trying to coordinate with the insurance company and a contractor, but with your help that thought quickly left our minds. You were always more than happy to answer any questions we had no matter how small or silly they might have been, you got back to us right away.
As for the quality of work, we were very pleased with all of the people you are associated with, from the roofers to siders and painters.

My Arvola home is exactly what I hoped it would be.It is a reasonably priced home with quality everywhere, touches often only seen in much higher priced homes.The neighborhood I live in has several builders. I listen to neighbors discuss problems they have had with their home and the lack of the builder follow up to correct the issues.The few minor issues I did have were fixed promptly and correctly with 24 hours!I myself work in the heating/cooling/fireplace business so I am inside many multi-million dollar homes during construction.I see my home is built with the same structural strength as these top shelf homes.Arvola Homes did not cut corners when they built my home.Fantastic job Arvola Homes!

I just want to thank Arvola Homes for the wonderful job they did on building our home. I have had many compliments on my home, two of the compliments came from men that were in the construction trade, they said my house was one of the nicest quality homes they have seen; they were very impressed on the way the basement was finished off with blown insulation and they cleaned up after the job was done. Another person was impressed by the nice windows that are used by Arvola and the great quality of trim that they used.

We had a hail storm back in September. The hail was supposedly baseball size. Of course it did some damage to our siding and roof so we had to put in a claim to the insurance company. My agent suggested to get estimates first and then they would send out the adjuster. All the contractors that came to give bids said "wow", that my builder had used quality materials unlike my neighbor's houses. Then also the adjuster commented the same way. So my wife and I are again very pleased with our Arvola home and if we were to build we would come and see you people. We are very impressed with the customer service we get from you and never a run around with any of my questions or concerns. Thanks again!

I owned an Arvola home and was exceptionally satisfied with every aspect of the company.The fit and finish of the home was by far the best of the block.If there's one thing that drives me nuts is seeing huge gaps in mitered ends or seeing lots of putty in the trim work.I figured that if the contractor pays attention to small details the rough framing has to be just as quality.As well I loved my kitchen; they where the same cabinets that are in the rambler of yours I looked at.I liked the fact that ours were unique and no one else on our block had them.When we had any problem with our house Chad had someone out there to take care of it the next day.All my neighbors waited 6 months or longer to get their punch lists taken care of after they let their builder know they were ready.I was a very proud home owner as well it made me even more proud when people asked if I had any problems with my house.I told them that if I did, you guys where always out ASAP to get our issues taken care of.Regarding the floor plan, if you've seen one split you've basically seen them all until you walked into our house.I can't count the number of times I heard "Oh now this is different!!!"Just one more reason why we chose this home.I would be very honored to be able to represent them [as a realtor].You boys build an outstanding house.Arvola Homes is one of the very, very few contractors I would strongly recommend when having a home built.

We would like to take a moment and mention some of the qualities Arvola Homes offered to our family that we feel should make them stand out above the rest.When we visited a model home that Arvola was showing, we instantly fell in love with the uniqueness that the home offered.We were amazed at the elegant characteristics and floor plan. We could tell that Chad had put a lot of thought into planning out the home.
We decided that if they could help us adapt it a little more to achieve some of the things we were looking for; this is the house that we wanted.As a first-time buyer, there were a lot of things (both little and big) that we wanted done in order for it to be our dream home.We felt that Arvola Homes did everything that they could to get all of these requests done in a timely manner and still get us closed on the house when we had asked to.
The day of the closing was awesome!We had our walk-thru and as we approached Chad, he started pointing out things that we would start the punch list with.I would expect that the builder would not offer to fix anything more than what we noticed.There was not one complaint about any issues we brought up.He acknowledged everything and discussed with us how he would fix it.Never once did he make us feel like we were pointing out a "petty problem" that he didn't want to waste his time with.After talking with our neighbors, none of the other new home buyers with different builders got to experience this.
Finally, any issue (whether it was before or after closing) that we had, both Ryan and Chad addressed with complete satisfaction.I feel that they are constantly going out of their way to be there, not only so that we will love our new home, but also to be someone that we can depend on.

It was time to down size and we wanted to live back in the country. Our Annandale agent, Deb Trnka, mentioned a great builder she thought we would like. When we walked into an Arvola Homes we felt "at home". The construction is simple, solid, and beautiful. Chad concentrates on the basics and completes them with superior workmanship. The windows are a work of art.
Our home has many special features like: 1) beautiful woodwork 2) a built-in buffet below the kitchen window 3) big oak platform at the top of the staircase 4) large, wonderful pantry cupboard 5) a laundry sink which I think is a standard, but not all builders agree.
